Cancellation

Deal-OnlineUsers may request to cancel either through actions available on the website orby a written request to the support team by email as per our business hours.Users can request for cancellation for:

1.    An order to place an ad campaign through the Deal-Online:
In case an order for an ad campaign is cancelled, the amount already spent by Deal-Onlineon executing the advertising campaign as per the plan purchased by the user, willbe deducted from the the total amount of the order, and the balance amount willbe transferred to the user’s bank account.

2.    A subscription to a paid service with a defined periodof use/service:
Users can opt to cancel any subscription based plan or service purchased orsubscribed to from Deal-Online. The amount refunded will be computed on apro-rata basis for the period of service, i.e. the amount consumed will becalculated as per the number of days from the start date of the service tillthe date the cancellation was requested.
The balance amount will be transferred to the user’s bank account.

3.    Users cannot cancel training programs or servicecharges for training that are included in any subscription servicespurchased from Deal-Online.

Refund

Usersmay request for a refund from a user’s Deal-Online account only. We will assessrefund requests from users on their merit, considering the nature of theservices and the preview available before payment.

Incase we approve the request for a refund, we will process the refund withinninety days (90) days of the request. Based on the nature of the service andfull discretion of the team, the following charges could be deducted from theamount approved by the Deal-Online Team:

1.   Advances or charges incurred by Deal-Online with Advertising Platforms or third partyservice providers for the services desired by you at the time of purchase.

2.   Resource charges incurred towardsthe services desired by you at the time of purchase.

3.   Any liability incurred by Deal-Online due to government taxes or GST.

Youwill receive the final amount after deduction of all the above mentioneddeductions or any other charges incurred by Deal-Online on account of yourpurchase.
